Cyber Suite

Our Cyber Suite coverage is a comprehensive cyber insurance solution designed to help public entities respond to the full range of cyber incidents.

  • Coverage can be offered as part of a package account with Euclid Public Sector.  We do not write cyber coverage on a monoline basis.
  • Coverage is on a non-admitted basis.
  • Insureds with a primary office in the United States of America, its territories and possessions including Puerto Rico, except those in a class of business listed in Section III – Excluded Classes, are automatically eligible for a Coverage limit of $50,000.
  • Insureds are eligible for increased Cyber Suite limits of $100,000, $250,000, $500,000 or $1,000,000 subject to acceptable answers to the Increased Limits Questionnaire.  See application section.
  • A single Cyber Suite Aggregate limit applies to Data Compromise Response Expenses, Data Compromise Liability, Computer Attack and Cyber Extortion, Network Security Liability and Electronic Media Liability. The Cyber Extortion sublimit is part of the Computer Attack limit. Identity Recovery is subject to a separate and independent $25,000 limit per identity recovery insured.
  • All insureds who purchase our Cyber Suite coverage have access to our eRisk Hub portal which includes the following key features
  • Incident Response Plan Roadmap – suggested steps public entity can take following a data breach incident.  Having an incident response plan prepared in advance of a breach can be useful for defense of potential litigation.
  • Online Training Modules – ready-to-use training for public entities on privacy best practices and Red Flag Rules.
  • Risk Management Tools – assist public entities in managing their data breach and other cyber exposures including self-assessments and state breach notification laws.
  • eRisk Resources – a directory to quickly find external resources on pre- and post-breach disciplines, computer attack response and data recovery.
  • News Center – cyber risk stories, security and compliance blogs, security news, risk management events, and helpful industry links.
  • Learning Center – best practices and white papers written by leading authorities.
